The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Constance Van Scoter can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Dear Jack, Sarah and John,

For seven wonderful years we lived a few houses down from Connie. We loved watching her power walk by, headphones on with Sugar in tow. She would always cross the street if Maggie was out, afraid Sugar might get too excited! She always had an amazing smile that warmed your heart.
Nathan and I adored listening to her stories about Michigan State, her children, grand children, but mostly about about Jack and the shenanigans he had been up during their marriage... :) You could see the love of 50 plus years as she told us his funny tales and said "that Jack..." We never doubted your love for each other.
We miss you both very much and pray for you and your family. We promise to toast to her tonight as we drink her evening regular. Manhantan, right?
Connie was an amazing woman! God Bless.
Marci, Nathan, Bennett and Carter Pistner
