I have very fond memories of Aunt Nancy, the most vivid being from a family wedding (a very long while back). She called me over to the "fun" table where she and Walt were sitting, with an awful lot of laughter going on. She went on to explain how, at every wedding reception, there's always that table of "old-fogies" - you know - the older generation of aunts and uncles... and, all the laughter coming from them at that moment was because they'd just realized --- it was "them" - they were sitting at "that" table! Regardless of their age, their table was the one having the best time, and she gave me a memory I've never forgotten. I always think of Aunt Nancy at wedding receptions, looking for "that" table, and chuckle at the memory -- especially now that I've graduated to that table myself, for the next generation of nieces and nephews.
Karen, Mike and families: We are so sorry for your loss. Aunt Nancy was such a sweet and special lady, we always enjoyed visiting with her. So sorry that we are not able to make it to the funeral home, but please know that we are thinking of you today and in the the days to come. Love you all, please keep in touch.
