Very sorry to hear about the passing of Joe. A Very Special Guy. Very Caring and Friendly whenever We saw Him at Tops. Always took a few Minutes to stop and Chat His Smile Will be Missed.
My wonderful cousin Joe will always be "Boo" to me! He touched everyone he came in contact with, had a heart of gold. I too will always remember his wonderful laugh, the way he teased me, the thoughtful things he did for me without ever asking why, I am crying just writing this. My prayers go out to his mom, my cousin Neline, his brother Vance and sister-in-law Patty and children, his twin sisters Val and Velitia. I wished I could give all of you a hug. Joe is at peace sitting up there with his dad right now, watching over all of us.
